Working together one-on-one allows us to take the time to understand your symptoms, your health story, and how your body is functioning right now. Then, we’ll create a plan that supports your goals—starting with your food, but also looking at sleep, stress, movement, and anything else that might be playing a part.
I work with clients for a minimum of 3 consultations, so we have the space to go deeper and create real, lasting changes—step by step.
MY APPROACH

I trained at ION and IFM, where the Functional Medicine model is at the heart of everything.
This approach looks at the root causes of your symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.
It means taking a step back, looking at the full picture of your health—including digestion, hormones, detoxification, energy and more—and understanding holistically how it all fits together.

There’s no one-size-fits-all method—because no two people are the same. Your genes, environment, and lifestyle shape your health in completely individual ways.
That’s why I take a personalised approach, rooted in listening to your story, and working with your preferences, sensitivities, goals and rhythms.

I am French and the pleasure of eating food is something very important in my life, and I am sure it is for you too! At the same time, a good meal can also be one of the most powerful tools we have for supporting health.
The good news is that these two concepts can go-hand-in hand. When you find the right balance for your body, food can be both nourishing and deeply pleasurable.

Why? Because by choosing the kind of food we are eating, the type of products we are buying, we have the power and the choice to damage, or care for our own health and the planet.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
AN INDIVIDUALISED PROCESS
You are unique, with your own lifestyle, personal and family health story, all of that influences who you are now. Working privately together allows us to investigate in more depth your day-to-day and how your body is working in its own specific way.
That’s why before our first consultation, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and keep a 3-day food and lifestyle diary. These give me valuable insights into how your body is currently working and where it might need more support.
All consultations remain completely confidential as per BANT code of ethics which means you are in a safe place to share.
SUPPLEMENTS AND TESTINGS
Functional tests or supplements can sometimes offer useful information or support—but they’re not always needed. I’ll only suggest them if I believe they can make a real difference for your health and your goals.
A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
This is a partnership. We will work hand in hand to make sure that you are happy and confortable with your personalised plan so it is realistic. This is an agreement between us taking into account your own pace and the reality of your current life situation.
I will support and guide you as you are ready and willing to have a go and experiment new meaningful changes. Keep in mind that the goal is not perfection but being attuned and gentle with yourself.
