LET’s WORK TOGETHER

Who I SUPPORT
The liver plays a role in many areas of health, so the people I support often come to me with a mix of symptoms. These are some of the most common concerns I help with:
- Liver Function
Early-stage fatty liver (NAFLD), Gilbert’s Syndrome and “sluggish liver” symptoms without a formal diagnosis
- Metabolic Health
Blood sugar imbalances, fatigue and afternoon crashes, insulin resistance and unexplained high cholesterol
- Digestion
Bloating, constipation, impaired digestion and gut imbalances
- Cognition & Mental Health
Brain fog and poor mental clarity
Every body is different — and so is every path to feeling better.
In our sessions, we take the time to understand your symptoms, your story and how your body is functioning. From there, we create a plan that supports your goals — focused on food, but also looking at sleep, stress, movement and anything else that may be playing a part.
My approach is rooted in Functional Medicine — a model that looks beyond symptoms to understand how everything in the body connects. It’s about working with the whole picture, not just isolated parts.
A Personalised Approach to Feeling Better
This isn’t about restriction or chasing perfection.
It’s about nourishment, care and practical changes that help you feel better day to day.
Because food is one of the best acts of self-love you can give yourself.
This isn’t about rigid instructions.
It is an interactive and collaborative process.
We work together at your pace, building a foundation that helps you feel more in tune with your body — and more confident in your choices.
How It Works
-
A short conversation to understand what you're looking for, explain how I work, and explore whether we’re the right fit — with no obligation to continue.
It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and for me to ensure I feel confident I can support you in the right way. -
This first session is all about listening and understanding. We take the time to explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any recent test results — so I can get a full picture of what’s going on.
We’ll talk about your goals — what you’d like to feel, change, or understand better.
If appropriate, I may also recommend further testing at this stage, whether that’s blood work or functional testing.
This is not a treatment session — your personalised plan will be shared at your second appointment. -
Usually held within a week, this is when we begin the work together. I’ll highlight the areas I believe are contributing to your symptoms, using simple visuals and explanations to help you understand what’s going on in your body and why it matters.
From there, we start building your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan — together. This is a collaborative process, focused on changes that feel realistic, manageable, and enjoyable for you. If needed, we can explore supplements or functional testing, always with your specific needs and goals in mind.
-
These sessions are a chance to keep working on the areas we’ve identified. We review how things are going, adjust the plan and explore new areas if needed.
It is a space for practical guidance, adjustment, and encouragement — so you can keep moving forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
We’ll continue at a pace that suits you: you might only need a few check-ins or prefer more regular support. -
You’ll receive a written summary after each consultation, with the key points and practical steps we’ve talked about.
You’re also welcome to message me with quick questions or updates in between — so you never feel stuck or alone between appointments.
Ideally, this process works best with a minimum of three sessions. That gives us more time to understand what is going on, make meaningful changes and support your progress.
Some clients find that three sessions are enough to get on track. Others choose to work together over a longer period — often 6–7 sessions across a few months — to allow for deeper changes and more consistent support. I am happy to support you for as long as is needed.
Consultations are available in English and French.
All consultations are held online through video call or in person in Bath.
